Petitek Ambassador Program Terms
Effective Date: May 28, 2026
By participating in the Petitek Ambassador Program, you agree to the following:
1. Relationship
You are participating as an independent ambassador. This is not an employment, partnership, or agency relationship. You are responsible for your own content, audience, and activity.
2. Brand Representation
You agree to represent Petitek products honestly and accurately. You will not make misleading or false claims about the product or its capabilities.
3. Use of Referral Links & Codes
You may promote Petitek using your assigned referral links or promo codes. Sales and commissions are tracked based on Petitek’s systems and attribution rules.
4. Commissions
Commissions are earned on valid, completed purchases attributed to your referral. Petitek reserves the right to review and adjust commissions in cases of fraud, abuse, cancellations, returns, tracking errors, or violations of program policies.
5. Program Participation
Petitek may suspend, limit, or terminate your participation in the Ambassador Program at any time, including for inactivity, misuse of referral codes, brand misuse, fraud, or conduct that Petitek determines is inconsistent with the program.
6. Content & Usage
You grant Petitek permission to use public content you create about Petitek or ChatrBox, including posts, images, videos, reviews, testimonials, and related materials, for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes.
7. No Guaranteed Earnings
Participation in the Ambassador Program does not guarantee sales, commissions, bonuses, or income. Earnings depend on valid attributed purchases and compliance with program rules.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from this agreement or your participation in the program will be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of South Carolina. By participating, you agree to waive the right to a jury trial or class action.
9. Acceptance
By clicking “I Agree” or continuing with account setup after reviewing these terms, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
