Effective Date: April 1, 2025
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and Petitek, LLC ("Petitek") governing the use of the firmware and software embedded in or associated with the ChatrBox product ("Product").
Petitek grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software and firmware solely in conjunction with the authorized ChatrBox hardware for its intended purposes.
You agree not to:
All rights, title, and interest in and to the software and firmware, including all intellectual property rights, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Petitek. This Agreement does not convey to you any ownership rights in the software or firmware.
Petitek may provide updates, patches, or enhancements to the software or firmware at its sole discretion. Such updates shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement unless accompanied by a separate license agreement.
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice from Petitek if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and firmware and destroy all copies.
The software and firmware are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall Petitek be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the software or firmware, even if Petitek has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
